ANSWERS FOR YOUR PATHWAY

Clear answers, in one place

Open a question to read the detail. The answers reflect how Aradak works today.

01What does Aradak do?

Aradak helps households organise their housing needs, assess readiness information, prepare practical next actions and communicate with a human support team. It does not allocate housing or make final eligibility decisions.

02What does the assessment do?

The assessment organises the information you provide about your household, housing position and affordability picture. It can produce a readiness score, report and action plan for guidance. A person reviews important decisions.

03Does a score guarantee housing?

No. A readiness score is guidance, not a lending, tenancy, allocation, eligibility or housing decision. It does not create an entitlement, reservation or guarantee.

04What documents may be requested?

Depending on your pathway, Aradak may request proof of identity, proof of address, income evidence, savings or deposit evidence, household-needs evidence and other relevant information. Uploading is optional at first, but evidence may be needed before an assessment can be completed. Staff can request additional documents where justified.

05How does manual KYC work?

Where relevant, an authorised Aradak reviewer may check identity, address and risk information using the internal review process. Additional sanctions, PEP, adverse-media, source-of-funds or source-of-wealth checks may be recorded where needed. Aradak does not claim that an external KYC provider is active, and automated tools cannot approve or reject you.

06How is my data protected?

Aradak uses authenticated access, role-based permissions, audit records, consent tracking and secured cloud storage. Documents are restricted to you and authorised reviewers. We explain how information is used in the privacy notice and retain it only as needed for the stated purposes and legal duties.

07Do I have to pay?

The Phase 1 readiness and guidance pathway does not require an activated payment method. Any future payment feature would need separate provider, terms, legal and operational approval before activation.

08How does matching work?

A match is a reviewed support option, not an automatic referral or promise. Aradak considers the information you provide, obtains relevant consent before sharing information and keeps a person involved. You decide whether to take the next step.

09How do I contact support?

Public visitors can use the support details on the contact page. Customers can send a secure message from the portal. Contact support@aradak.com and do not include passwords, full bank details or unnecessary identity documents.

10How do I make a complaint or privacy request?

Customers can use the complaint and privacy-request routes in their account. Public visitors can contact support@aradak.com and identify whether the message is a complaint or privacy request. Aradak records these requests for human review and explains the next step.
