Data controller and information we collect
Aradak is the controller for the personal information it uses through this service. We may use your identity and contact details, household needs, housing goals, assessment answers, consent choices, support messages, documents and review records that you choose or are asked to provide.
Purpose and lawful basis
We use this information to create and secure your account, provide the requested readiness guidance, organise support, review evidence where necessary, meet legal or safeguarding duties, prevent misuse and respond to requests or complaints. The applicable basis may include contract, consent, legal obligation and legitimate interests, depending on the activity.
Recipients and retention
Information is available to authorised Aradak staff and service providers acting under appropriate controls. We do not share your information with a partner for matching without the relevant customer consent and review. Records are kept only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, legal duties, dispute handling and security evidence.
Security and documents
Aradak uses access controls, authentication, audit records and secured cloud services to protect information. Uploaded documents are restricted to the customer and authorised reviewers. Manual identity and risk checks may be performed internally where relevant; this notice does not claim that an external KYC provider is active.
Automated and human review
Automated tools may organise information, produce summaries or flag missing evidence. They cannot make final legal, financial, eligibility, allocation, KYC, payment or housing decisions. A person reviews important decisions and evidence.
Your rights and concerns
You can ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where those rights apply, and you can manage consent choices. Use your account privacy route or contact support@aradak.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
