Service scope
Aradak helps you organise information, complete a housing-readiness assessment, understand practical next steps and communicate with its support team. It is a guidance and case-support service, not a landlord, lender, housing authority or legal adviser.
Account responsibilities
Keep your account details secure and provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Tell Aradak when a material change could affect the guidance or support you receive.
Guidance and no guarantee
Scores, reports, action plans and matches are guidance only. Aradak does not promise a home, mortgage, allocation, tenancy, purchase right or any other outcome. Relevant housing, financial, legal and eligibility decisions remain with the authorised person or organisation.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully, do not impersonate another person, do not submit information or documents that you know are false, and do not attempt to access another customer’s account or records.
Suspension or termination
We may restrict, suspend or close an account where this is needed for security, safeguarding, legal compliance, misuse prevention or reliable operation. We will explain the next available route where appropriate.
Complaints and governing law
You can raise a complaint through support@aradak.com or the complaint route in your account. These terms are intended to be governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
Contact
For account support or questions about these terms, contact support@aradak.com. Do not include passwords, full bank details or unnecessary identity documents in an ordinary message.
