Housing partners
Councils, housing associations, developers and registered providers may offer housing information, development opportunities or pathway support. Their involvement does not promise availability or an allocation.
Partner network
Aradak helps customers understand which organisations may fit their housing pathway. Matches are explained, consent-led and reviewed by people before any introduction.

How matching works
Councils, housing associations, developers and registered providers may offer housing information, development opportunities or pathway support. Their involvement does not promise availability or an allocation.
Suitable advisers and support organisations may help customers understand evidence, budgeting, accessibility or vulnerability needs. This is not a substitute for regulated legal or financial advice.
Every proposed match is reviewed by a person and only shared after the customer has given clear, informed consent. A match is non-binding and is not an automatic referral.
Customer protection
No customer information is shared with a partner without a clear purpose and recorded consent.
A match is a possible route, not a guarantee of eligibility, availability, finance or housing.
Customers can ask questions, decline an introduction or request human help at any stage.
Aradak does not automatically refer customers, contact external organisations or share customer information. We explain the purpose, ask for consent, record the choice and allow the customer to decline or ask questions.
This page explains how a partnership may work. It does not show internal partner records, identifiers, notes or review outcomes, and mentioning a type of organisation does not mean that an individual partner is verified or approved. Authorisation and suitability are checked before any information is shared.
